Your Tasks and Responsibilities: • You will be responsible for achieving the Zone Business Line-specific targets (including price level and profitability targets) and for driving CT business in Zone • You will represent the interest of countries to the Business Line in HQ and acts as key contact between the Business Line and countries • You will support Head of Diagnostic Imaging with developing and achieving BA strategy and target setting for Countries for respective BL • You will be responsible of the creation of the zone Marketing plan and customization of marketing material, product positioning maps, product campaigns and sales force education programs for CT. • You will attend congresses, fairs, customers visits and run product discussions with customers. • You will develop and manage KOL community, R&D collaboration agreements and reference site strategy for Zone • You will compile competitive information & sales argumentation for the countries • You will develop campaigns and programs for new product introduction, installed base retention and competitive conversion with support from HQ • You will support countries with Product and clinical expertise of CT • You will conduct win/loss analysis with countries on key deals and provide feedback to Zone and Business Line in Headquarter • You will be responsible for Target preparation and planning for the respective Business Line Your Qualifications and Experience • The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in healthcare environment – highly valued if the candidate has experience in managing a business line, including marketing and sales. • The position requires in-depth understanding of technical and clinical CT requirements, its products, market and services. • Good management, collaboration, communication and organizational skills are necessary to motivate and provide direction to an effective sales force, marketing team to meet customer needs. • The candidate must be able to demonstrate a capacity to sell in complex environments, as well as effective and persuasive interpersonal skills • As a member of the MESA DI Management Team, the candidate will participate in the formulation of effective and sensitive regional approaches, ensuring that these are implemented at Country level. • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills • General commercial awareness and experience with sales quotas and forecasting • Experience in using MS Office tools. • Excellent English speaking is mandatory, Arabic speaking would be desirable but not essential Your attributes and skills • Self-motivated to drive success in the product business • A successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals • Knowledge and experience of tender processes • CT product portfolio knowledge • Experience in clinical marketing and B2B Healthcare environment • Unlimited thinking and Initiative • Willingness to travel within the zone MESA GDPR We care about your data privacy and take compliance with GDPR as well as other data protection legislation seriously.
