The role

• Support and provide sales team and service team jobs, including oversee direct jobs and customer's jobsite.
• Establish guidelines and write JHA & JSA documents and data when customers require of service jobs.
• Implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 and ensure successful certification to meet business and customer requirements.
• Identify the Safety / Health / Environmental training needs for CTS team and Join customer side require safety and health agreement organization.
• To ensure compliance with all company and customer health and safety requirements in the execution of his duties.
• Appropriate support product`s maintenance and troubleshooting for service jobs.
• Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer needs and working to satisfy customer expectations.
• Develop rapport with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.
• To co-ordinate and schedule workshop work in collaboration with the CTS service technician.
• To ensure that service work complies with the required quality standards and sales and profitability targets are met.
• To ensure that adequate controls are in place to secure company vehicles / equipments / tools used for service work.
• To control all Service- and workshop tools and safety equipment by doing monthly tool and equipment inspections and ensuring that equipment is calibrated and inspected as required by the company’s quality system.

Skills and experience

• Over 3 years of technical field service experience maintaining and repairing in industrial equipment & compressors.
• Have certain machine, electricity and instrument maintenance experience.
• Take initiative and proactive on following up with people.
• Work sureness and diligences.

Are we a good fit?

• Major in electrical engineering or machinery. University / College above or equivalent.
• Have EHS certificate Class B (乙級職業安全衛生業務主管)
• Base English language skills for verbal and written communications.
• Professional electrical and mechanical service skills.
• Computer literate & base use with Microsoft Office system Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint、Word / IE (Internet Explorer) system.
