THE COMPANY :  
  • Professional recruiting services & executive search firm with small office in Hong Kong
  • We are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE / ADMIN ASST - with details as follows :
 
 
THE JOB :
  • University graduates
  • 1 to 2 years working experience in office environment is preferable
  • Experience or interest in customer service/sales coordination is a plus
  • Enjoy paper work & coordination work 
  • Enjoy working in a small but fast pace and professional office 
  • Responsible for providing professional customer service to candidates and corporate clients
  • Coordinate with candidates and corporate clients
  • Other office supporting work including data entry, filing, paper work and coordination work 
  • Provide support in recruitment process including preparing resumes, candidates evaluation & selection etc
  • General office administrative support & coordination 
  • Mon to Fri 9:30am – 6:30pm; 5 days work 
  • Annual leave : 12 days
  • Office location : North Point close to MTR
  • Immediately available a plus
  • Fresh graduates with summer job experience will also be considered
