Job Description
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Accept customer claims for faulty product by telephone and e-mail and following up on those claims by
assessing the faulty product; Repairing or replacing the faulty product; Ensuring the customer receives correctly repaired or replaced product in a timely manner - Accept customer inquiries on product quality and functionality as well as its intended usage in the field: Respond to phone calls, e-mails, during personal consultation at training sessions or seminars; Customer should always get a productive and objective feedback that is helpful in resolving inquiries
- Statistical documentation of customer claims, grouped into different products, incidents & customers
- Coordinates improvement actions in cooperation with company internal departments and external partners to resolve issues in connection with customer complaints in timely manner. Follow given procedures of the company. Where no procedures are given the job owner will address the issue, design suitable procedures and implement those in cooperation with team members
- Regular customer visit to major customer, establish clear communication channel regarding customer complaint and technical inquiry. Collect customer feedback, issue follow up and reply to customer request
YOUR PROFILE
- Mechanical education; Vocational School or College or University degree
- 1 years practical experience in Customer Service or bicycle industry; must be able to read technical drawings
- Must have basics bicycle knowledge, familiar with bike assembly is a big plus
- Very well developed logical, interlinked thinking, good coordination ability
- Experienced in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Mandarin/ Hokkien is required ; English: Average level in reading and written
- Personal Competences
- Extremely reliable and conscientious, Very practical personality
- Ready to learn new things, flexible to adjust to different situations
- High grade of performance under big pressure
- Independent, self-initiative, good self-assertion. Goal oriented
