THE COMPANY :
  • Financial planning, insurance, wealth management & asset management solution provider
  • We are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE (Macau office) – with details as follows :
 
 
THE JOB :
  • Perform customer service & operation duties
  • Assist in administrative & operation work
  • Answer hotline & enquiries from sales and clients
  • Perform daily admin work, data input, filing & ad hoc tasks
  • Explain insurance terms to clients
  • Other paper work & coordination work
  • Must Macau ID card holder
  • Good customer service experience or skill
  • 1-3 years experience in insurance or related 
  • IIQE exam Paper I & III
  • Must be polite with pleasant personality
  • Team spirit
  • 5 days work 
  • Annual leave : 12 days 
  • Work in Macau office
