Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- International forwarder with 100 staff in HK office
- We are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Handle customer enquiries & correspondence regarding export shipments
- Liaison with PRC agents/partners
- Data input
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties effectively
- Prepare monthly schedules and reports
- DSE / F.5 or above
- With 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding Customer Services
- Able to handle key accounts and routing orders
- Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 12 days
- Medical benefits
- Alternative Sat off
- Office location : Kwai Fong
