THE COMPANY :
- US company
- Electronic component distributor and wholesaler
- Hong Kong office : regional office of Asia Pacific
- Main market : Asia Pacific including HK, China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore etc
- We are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- New order processing and order management for assigned customers in Asia Pacific
- Managing incoming calls/emails and after sales service inquiries
- Co-coordinating with various parties to ensure customers' requirement are met
- Other duties as assigned/required
- 1-2 years Customer Service/Account Servicing experience
- Experience in electronics industry is a plus
- Experience in electronic component is a plus
- Holder of diploma or higher in any disciplines
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- No trips is required
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 days
- 13 months salary
- Medical benefits
- Office location : Kwai Hing
