Job Purpose

1.To plan and execute production line ramp-up, maintenance and continuous improvement.

2.To lead some projects for new process development and production continuous improvement.

3.To improve efficiency of materials usage, to reduce cost of production and engineering.

4.To work on yield improvement and defect reduction.

Job Responsibilty

1.Perform shift duties to support production.

2. Facilitate and participate in CIT, cost reduction programs and yield improvement.

3.Develop and maintain robust Thin Film process for production need and PRS qualification.

4.Help lead, plan and organize task force and communicate with other modules to solve integration related issues.

Other Skills

1. AMAT Ultima/producer and Lam Speed/Vector tool working experience.

2. Can use FTIR/THK/XRF/TXRF tool.
