- Be responsible to develop and maintain supplier relationship and its performance

- Perform product cost calculations/estimations following the bottom-up principle

- Prepare CoQ (Comparison of Quotation) based on quotation evaluation

- Conduct sourcing activities and organize sourcing meeting

- Observe international/national supply chain and introduce potential new suppliers

- Provide sample ordering service

- Perform supplier benchmarks/market research and annual price negotiation (APN)

- Support negotiations with suppliers for the implementation of process optimization and cost saving potentials, i.e., Ratio Price Project (RPP)

- Carry out product costs workshops with our internal team and suppliers, so as to create the cost formular for a specific material group

- Follow purchasing processes with respect to specific customer project plan and ensure documentation and archiving for PUC function

- Other tasks assigned by supervisors

- Master’s degree or above (985, 211)

- Over 2 years’ experience in international company, esp. of involvement in commercials

- Solid commercial background, basic knowledge of cost accounting at least

- Much experience in commercial purchasing/buyer

- Strong negotiation skill in a similar business field

- Fast learning ability

- Profound MS office software and presentation skills as must

- Good data analysis skill

- Good conflict and communication skill

- Teamwork attitude
