• Be CVT belt application engineer for COEMs
• Responsible for belt spec. discussion with customer, belt calculation & selection, review tech. details, generating external report and Technical Customer Information to customer, and support all belt application communication with leading plant.
• Support new project acquisition with belt application specs investigation, and marketing promotion with belt knowledge.
• Support CVT system team's design work with belt engineering competence
• Close communication with headquarter in Europe.

• Major in Automotive Engineering or Manufacturing, with Bachelor's degree, preferably with Master's degree.
• Preferred >3 years of design engineering experience in automotive (component) industry, preferably related to transmissions. Fresh graduates with relevant experience and eagerness to learn are accepted.
• Knowledge and experience with powertrain component or sub-assembly design + validation projects in OEM or automotive suppliers.
• Willingness to travel within China and Overseas frequently and for longer term.
• Good communication in English (spoken and written) and good understanding of Western culture.
• Good team work, willingness to take challenges and responsibilities.
