Job Description

Job Purpose :

  • Ensuring alignment with regard to all functional CRM support topics such as change management process, data loading and its release management
  • Coordinates, implements and communicates enhancements to the CRM tool
  • Maintains customer database, cleans, updates constantly, reviews and approves/rejects sales team requests to add new customers
  • Provides first-line system user support
  • Provides daily support to the users, by phone or email, or by partnering with the IS department or the software company to provide solutions to the users having issues
  • Ensures the good performance of the CRM tool and data accuracy in due time
  • Extracts data from CRM system (Salesforce - Veeva) to support marketing campaigns and effectively meet deadlines
  • Delivers training to new sales team members on the CRM functionality
  • As a project manager for CRM initiative you will be responsible of planning and controlling the implementation of these projects locally 
  • Collaborate with global team (IS, Global CRM team….) to drive best practices and process improvement
  • Support the salesforce effectiveness (SFE) operations and process (territory alignment change, cycle plan implementation, customer segmentation implementation….)  
  • Contribute to the Multi-Channel Engagement strategy as the CRM platform 
  • Reports and analyzes field activities reported into KPIs dashboard
  • Support the SME lead on the different projects related to commercial excellence (Sales, Marketing, digital)
  • Ensure that all relevant documents and tasks related to SME projects are uploaded and archiving on the system (box, SharePoint….)

Requirements:

  • University’s degree
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the position or similar
  • A minimum of 1 year of related industry experience
  • Good knowledge in database creation and management
  • Advanced MS Office User (Excel, Powerpoint….)
  • Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
  • Good communication and planification skills
  • Promotes teamwork and a service-oriented approach in all activities
  • Learns quickly and supports others in adapting to change

    Preferred Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or Information Technology area
  • Experience in CRM functional administration tasks (salesforce / Veeva is an asset)
  • Analysis and Reporting preparation
