Responsibilities

  • Operationally supports HR strategies. Delivers effective HR service which is customer service-focused and business-related
  • Responsible fully and independently for payroll processes for affiliate (cooperation with external payroll accountant, annual tax reconciliation coordination, monthly and annual activities related to payroll within deadlines)
  • Ensures accurate and compliant pay and benefits administration (meal vouchers, flexi benefits, insurance etc)
  • Responsible for employee related administration and communication (employment contracts, amendments, job descriptions, documentation during employee life cycle, terminations, leave of absence…)
  • Responsible for accuracy and correctness of employee files (electronic and physical)
  • Manages day-to-day relationship with external vendors (vendor selection, contract negotiation, communication with vendor, setting up orders, invoices approval, maintenance of vendor data in internal systems/approvals)
  • Maintenance of employee data in internal system (Workday), conducts HR reports for affiliate
  • Coordinates on-boarding and hiring process
  • Manages recruitment processes in partnership with line management (placing job adverts on portals, CV selection, conducting interviews for junior positions, organization of interviews, communication with candidates)
  • Conducts HR programs such as orientation (on-boarding company introduction for new hires), recruiting programs, employee relations meetings (e.g. ad hoc information meetings for staff from area of responsibility)
  • Provide HR advice to managers and employees (frequent contact with all staff)
  • Facilitates communication between individuals and departments
  • Ensures compliance with local labor laws through review of personnel documents and processes

Requirements for candidate:

  • University Degree: HR, business or psychological science, or similar
  • 3 to 5 years of related experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR (payroll, administration, business partnership, recruitment, training, benefits)
  • Fluency in Czech and English, both in oral and written communication
  • Computer skills (MS Office, internal systems, tools for remote communication)
  • Experience in multinational company is a benefitDemonstrates ability to perform accurate and detailed work
