Scope of Role

• Manage Order to Cash process in ERP (SAP)
• Inventory management
• Oversee logistics execution
• Execute daily supply report to authority
• Manage importation of shipment

List of Tasks

• Responsible for customer service (Order to Cash process in SAP)
• Manage product importation with a broker and product receipt with LSP (Logistics Service Provider)
• Oversee the logistic activities (receiving, storage, outbound shipments, etc.) at LSP warehouse
• Execute the supply details reporting
• Manage vendors of supply chain
• Optimize processes and procedures in order to flawlessly execute supply chain activities.
• Develop Standard Operation Procedures or other form of work instructions.

Knowledge and Skills

• Pharmaceutical supply chain management
• GMP/GSP
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing knowledge
• Knowledge in Korea regulations and practices of drug filing and supply
• ERP system, experience in SAP implementation is preferred
• Cold chain management is a plus
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Motivated self-starter who can influence and change in an ambiguous environment
• Resilience
• Effective verbal, written, and listening communications skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3~5+ years supply chain experience, preferred with major pharmaceutical companies.
• English communication skill is preferred
• APICS (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) certification is a plus
