Job Description
Job Purpose: Assist guests to locate sun lounges and maintain the pool deck in pristine condition. Provide excellent customer service which in includes food and beverages orders taking and also provide amenities for guest who utilizing our pool.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive service to our private Cabana guests and ensure that their wishes are fulfilled
  • Assist guest to register their name when used our pool facilities
  • Hand out towel to guest and provide them amenities if needed
  • Escort guest to their seats or cabanas and provide them with amenities for their swimming
  • Always able to assist server to taking food and beverage orders in absence of server
  • Clear and reset sun lounges, cabanas and pool furniture for new guests
  • Rearrange and relocate pool furniture when requested
  • Clean and tidy the swimming pool and surrounding deck and gardens
  • Report maintenance issues and equipment defects
  • Report and returned ‘lost and found’ items to Assistant Manager
  • Monitor guest behavior and ensure safety and comfort of the guest
  • Standby for any emergency and prepared to perform first aid procedure to guest if necessary
  • Know and understand all the resort’s facilities and services
  • Assist F&B Team in mise en place if operation is not busy

Competencies and Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of food and beverage service experience
Knowledge/Certificates: Certified First aid, CPR and Lifeguard license is an advantage
Education: Secondary school or equivalent
Language Abilities: Good Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Computer Skills: Knowledge of POS systems (Micros) is an advantage
