Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Grab & Go stores
  • Drive sales and revenue for the stores and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
  • Supervise and provide guidance and coaching to the team
  • Manage staff performance, roster and drive the team’s morale
  • Maintain high standard of customer service, hygiene and food safety standard of stores at the highest level
  • Monitor store orders and regular control on stock level and other costs.
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in F&B store operations, including 1 year of experience at store managerial level 
  • Barista skills and experience is preferred
  • Leadership skills, positive attitude with energetic & outgoing personality
  • Hardworking and can work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese.
  • Shift duty is required
