Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Grab & Go stores
- Drive sales and revenue for the stores and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
- Supervise and provide guidance and coaching to the team
- Manage staff performance, roster and drive the team’s morale
- Maintain high standard of customer service, hygiene and food safety standard of stores at the highest level
- Monitor store orders and regular control on stock level and other costs.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Hospitality or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years solid experience in F&B store operations, including 1 year of experience at store managerial level
- Barista skills and experience is preferred
- Leadership skills, positive attitude with energetic & outgoing personality
- Hardworking and can work under pressure
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese.
- Shift duty is required
