Job Description
Duties:
- Execute all customer service tasks in call center operation
- Receive incoming call & case handling
- Provide service to customers, contact assistance providers, reporting actions in the system applications
- Assist any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Form 5 or above
- With 1 year of relevant experience in call centre environment would be an advantage
- Pleasant, stable, independent and have strong sense of responsibility and urgency
- Good computer knowledge in MS Office especially in Excel
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
