Responsibilities:

• Resolve customers inquires at their satisfaction on daily basis
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by team leader
• Report to team lead regularly

Requirement:

• HKCEE or HKDSE graduate or above
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Able to work shift duty including weekends and Public Holiday, No overnight work is needed
• Prior customer service or retail sales experience

工作職責

• 透過電話解答客戶的一般查詢並致力提供客戶滿意的服務
• 恰當地處理客戶的投訴，當遇到未能即時解決的查詢或客戶特別要求時，及時地將個案交給經理跟進
• 適當地遵循熱線中心的工作流程及指引，並將所有查詢跟進到底

工作要求：

• 中學文憑試/中學會考程度或以上
• 具良好溝通技巧及服務態度
• 懂基本電腦操作
• 擔當輪班工作（五天工作）
