Job Description

We are helping a well known luxury retailer to look for an energetic member to join their Customer Service team, you will be working with a team of 10. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers
  • Follow KPI and SOP
  • Ensure customers' issues are resolved timely in compliance and align with company's standards
  • Follow-up unsolved issues and act as a one-stop solutions provider
  • Co-ordinate with team members
  • Log call result log and prepare simple reports to monitor performance
  • No sales target

 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above
  • At least 3 years in Customer Service/ hotline service
  • Positive mindset and cheerful
  • Good telephone manner with excellent listening & communication skills
  • A good team player
  • Able to work under pressure environment
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Good PC skills
  • Short notice period is definitely an advantage
