Job Description

The Trainer is responsible for Training Design, Delivery and Evaluation of Training Curriculum. The activity is focused on CapitaLand Employees.

Job Mission: To Design, Deliver and Evaluate the Training Curriculum and manage development programs for CapitaLand in order to enable and improve business performance by providing training and development programs in accordance with training quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Design and Development

? To identify the required competencies for CSR.

? To create a curriculum/ plan of related trainings according to the internal needs;

? To develop training programs for all items included in the Training Curriculum/ Plan;

? To create, maintain and review the necessary materials (exercises, case studies, examples, tests, etc.)

? To be involved in the launch of new processes with training delivery and other learning activities required;

? Planning and Organizing training sessions based on project needs.

? Perform a Training Needs Analysis to the targeted participants (knowledge tests, call listening)

? Liaise with management team in order to identify training needs

? To define and communicate a training schedule for at least 1 month in advance (including initial training for new hires, refreshers and/or new technology/ major changes trainings.


Training Delivery

? End-to-end training delivery according to Training schedule and Training Curriculum/ Plan

? To create, adapt and prepare the materials and logistics for training delivery

? To evaluate participants (knowledge tests and practical exercises)

? To perform follow-up activities (side by side assistance, feedback, coaching)

? Insuring correct documentation/filing for training documents (Attendance, Feedback Forms);

? Managing the online/paperback test and results

? Running training reports

Required Professional Competences:

? Planning and organizing: manages processes: goal setting & objectives, action plans;

? Analysis: identifies patterns or connections between situations and key or underlying issues in complex situations.

? Mandarin without any accents. English reading/writing skill.

? Tolerance to stress: maintains control and performance in stressful situations.

? Soft skills: Planning and organizing; Attention to detail; Problem solving; Analysis; Flexibility; Customer sensitivity: Technical writing skills;

? 2+ years in customer service support, 1 years trainer experience.

? Good knowledge in coaching training, quality.
