• Handle phone enquiries

• Reply customers inquiries through email or social media

• 5 days work

• No selling

Job Requirement:

• HKDSE/HKCEE or above

• Good listening and communication skills

• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Chinese word processing

• Experience in customer service is a plus
