They have been expanding its presence across both Southern and Western Mainland China with over 30 outlets, showrooms, service workshops. They aim to provide one-stop premium service to their deluxe customers from pre-sales to after-sales. They are currently expanding their HK business and looking for talents with strong customer service mindset to join their energetic team.

Description

• Deliver world-class customer service and manage appointment via phone calls and emails

• Provide all rounded pre-sales and after sales customer service

• Handle customer feedback and report to management

• Handle customer complaints and offer solutions proactively

• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Profile

• High diploma or above (in any discipline)

• 1 - 2 years of call centre experince

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Good team player

• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
