POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Telesales Team Leader is responsible for inviting potential guests via Telephone to attend a personal preview of our onsite sales gallery and offer a discounted holiday discovery package. Additional responsibilities include performing booking verifications and managing reports on a daily basis.

The Telesales Team Leader will represent Anantara Vacation Club in a courteous, enthusiastic and diligent manner. All guests that are invited on a holiday package preview will be required to attend a 90-120 minutes sales presentation on the benefits of shared ownership with Anantara Vacation Club. It will be the Telesales Executive Team Leader’s responsibility to ensure that each guest clearly understands the offer and adheres to the Details of Participation.

Required Skills and Attributes:

1. Excellent customer service skills, including but not limited to, active listening, empathizing, problem solving, organized, detail oriented, follow through, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

非常优良的客户服务经验，包括但不界限与积极倾听、同理心、问题解决、组织，注重细节，执行，和优秀的口头和书面沟通技巧

2. Previous telemarketing service experience preferred.

3. Ability to work as a team player, in a personable and positive manner.

4. Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high volume environment. Able to perform well under deadlines and respond well to an environment of constant change.

5. Native in Chinese Mandarin language .
