Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Optics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with camera technology and the relation to IQ metrics.

Preferred qualifications:

  • PhD in Computer Science, Optics or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience with C, C# or Python for automation build up, driver porting and imaging algorithm development.
  • Familiarity with camera technology, including image sensor, optics and actuator design.
  • Familiarity with characterization of camera module and the sub-components.
  • Familiarity with quantitative and objective camera image quality metrics and benchmark.

Responsibilities

  • Work on camera new technology and prototype sample development.
  • Collaborate with camera related software team to develop driver or features or algorithm based on the prototype sample and optimize camera hardware design.
  • Execute camera module and component characterization and image quality measurement for camera component survey and IQ benchmark.
  • Develop image quality automation equipment in C# or Python.
