1. Conduct research and development of summer camp programs according to the needs of the company, including: demand research, product planning, program system design, product shaping, marketing tools, sales tools, etc.
2. According to the existing resources in the Concordia Education Group, connect existing multi-party content providers, integrate the existing teaching materials, and expand and develop according to the company's needs;
3. Revise the teaching plan according to the location which will hold the summer camp (mostly the campus of international standards), ensure that the hardware standards of the location can implement the plan, or purchase/lease the necessary hardware facilities;
4. Liaise with the world's top program content providers, purchase and integrate their contents to ensure compliance with our summer camp curriculum standards, and purchase facilities/tools when necessary;
5. As the program leader, you need to communicate closely with the operations department, collect feedback, iterate over the product, and ensure that the program is run smoothly by the operations department;
6. Long-term responsibility for competitor analysis and research, user feedback collection and user research;
7. Train teachers/TAs to ensure that the program run smoothly and track feedbacks;
8. Responsible for selecting, liaising and coordinating the Team Leaders within Concordia Education Group.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of international curriculum development experience, education related majors are preferred;
2. Engaged in American camps for more than 2 years to understand the development of American camps and popular content;
3. Managed the development of curriculum, teacher training and other related work in the scale of 500 campers/annual camps in English;
4. Good communication skills and team collaboration skills;
5. Native English speaker;
6. Full time, may have work time shift or overtime during peak season.
