Ensure the campaign process for Mercedes Benz vehicles at DaiCom
- Coordination of campaigns at DaiCom.
- Track the campaign workflow
- Prioritization of vehicles for Campaign
- C laiming and C oordination of rework solutions/instruction in collaboration
- Controlling of the campaign process
- Ensure parts and vehicle availability for campaigns and support the workshop
- Communicate with internal and external interfaces regarding campaigns
- Blocking of Vehicles and communication/alignment to VPCs
- Ensure proper documentation an reporting
1. Education:
Master or technician
2. L anguage(s):
Bilingual Spanish + English (business fluent);
3. Work Experience:
a t least 3 years of professional experience in automotive production and/or quality management
4. Technical knowledge:
strong MS-Office skills needed (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access)
