Job Description

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

You will be responsible for assisting Engagment Manager to develop innovative and objective-driven digital campaigns to meet Clients’ demands. Assist to equipped with knowledge and know-how of the latest digital trends and tactics.

  • Assist to lead digital creative campaigns and assist with new business pitches involving creative discipline.
  • Assist to deliver social media creative strategies, campaign-based content plans and Key Opinion Leader amplification plans.
  • Assist to present and sell creative campaigns to clients and prospects (new business pitches).
  • Analyze and evaluating creative campaign results to offer learnings and optimizations to team and Clients continuously.
  • Assist to lead internal brainstorm sessions for creative campaigns. 
  • Defining content pillars, social channels, campaign calendars, ecosystems, user journeys and KOL recommendations
  • Assist to organize a once-a-month sharing workshop on creative campaigns and latest market trends to social media team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You show fresh and fearless thinking, being flexible, having a can-do attitude and a drive to deliver the best work in the industry.
  • You speak fluent English and Chinese (both required)
  • You have worked at least 2 years in social media related roles in an agency
  • You have a portfolio / track-record that impresses us
  • You quickly grasp the business objectives of a client and can consult on strategic level
  • Ability to present and sell your strategic thinking to senior clients
  • Solid understanding of Chinese social media, apps, trends and KOL
