Job Description
- This role reports to the Talent Acquisition & Planning organization and is responsible for leading and improving efficiencies in the MYS college hiring model at the site and business group level to ensure we leverage the optimal hiring cycle to support college hires, enhance the quality and diversity of college hiring, and enhance the customer experience for our candidates and business partners.
- This role owns defining the centralized hiring strategy and roadmap to drive more efficiencies into our hiring process. This includes defining success criteria, aligning key stakeholders, developing and implementing tools and processes, developing and measuring success criteria, etc.
- This role serves as the lead point of contact for the MYS TPA account managers and business group hiring champions across all pillars. They will build strong partnerships and leverage business acumen to influence the college strategy.
- Influence and liaise with the Biz leaders and Account managers to help strategize their HC Planning and hiring with an equal focus on hiring early talent pipeline.
- Curate/execute a clear roadmap and plans for college hiring that includes the hiring of Engineering/Management graduates & Interns. Partner with the business to work on innovative workforce solutions, strategize long-term vision, and execution of talent acquisition goals.
- Build strong partnerships with the universities and amplify the Intel brand to ensure Intel is the employer of choice at colleges.
- Lead a team and coach and guide through the process and focus on the team's engagement and development.
- Responsible for control and compliance requirements based on local laws and company policies (e.g., background investigations, drug testing). Management of budget & operations.
- May work in partnership with Recruiters as part of the overall hiring process and may be involved with the sourcing of candidates, support interview scheduling, and screening candidates for eligibility. May assist internal and external candidates with navigation through staffing tools and processes. Attention to detail and sound judgment are required for compensation recommendations, pay exception management, and influence on offer/accept decisions. - 8-12 years of experience

- Excellent project management and demonstrated analytical skills
- Strategic planning and team development skills
- Data, goal and results-oriented
- Strong influencing and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to successfully engage with stakeholders across Intel, as well as with outside parties and vendors
- Prior recruiting experience will be an added advantage

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
