Based in Shanghai, you will champion campus outreach programs and manage social media channels such as WeChat for the North Asia Pacific region. You will also work closely with the region’s Talent Acquisition Managers and campus stakeholders to raise brand visibility and implement meaningful internships

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Identify and partner with universities on internship and career talk opportunities
• Organise and execute campus and branding events in tandem with local HR team in the region
• Partner business managers in planning meaningful internship and assessment programs
• Plan and design marketing materials e.g. roll up banners, posters, career booths, collaterals
• Manage enterprise social media and ensure materials are up-to-date and within corporate guidelines
• Organise and promote employer branding activities for internal and external stakeholders

Your skills and experience

To be considered, you should have at least 2 years of marketing related experience and a maven with using social media for business. You are able to demonstrate tenacity and tact in dealing with all levels of stakeholders. Proficiency in Mandarin and the ability to travel is expected.
