As a Canada Customer Advocate (French), you will be responsible for the first line and escalated contacts for BMW Financial Services Canada regarding BMW, MINI, and Motorrad customers, dealers and/or prospects by answering, addressing and resolving incoming telephone and written inquiries of financial nature. You will accurately obtain and record all comments, complaints and suggestions, maintain service, quality, and satisfaction standards that are consistent with sectional, departmental and company objectives, utilize extensive knowledge of BMW FS policies, practices, and systems, strive to complete the customer’s request in the single call (First call resolution). 
 
In this role, you will handle calls within the portfolio that include, but not limited to: dealer contact, Regional Sales and Marketing contacts, payoff information, contract issues, account Statement issues, address changes, titles, registration and taxes (sales tax and property tax) processes while providing premium customer service that is both accurate and efficient, leading to high levels of customer satisfaction through active engagement and issue resolution that enhance the customer’s experience. 
 
As a Canada Customer Advocate (French) your shifts will vary between the hours of 9AM - 9PM on Monday - Thursday and 9AM - 6PM on Friday. Some evenings through the week will be required. During the initial training period, you will be onsite with your colleagues and trainer.

Minimum Requirements: 
1 - 2 years Customer Service Industry experience 

 

Preferences:
Bilingual in English/French languages
1 - 2 years Automotive Industry experience
1 - 2 years Sales experience
 
Bachelor's Degree
