As a Canada Customer Advocate (Mandarin), you will handle and document all customer contacts to and from the CA CIC call center regarding Financial Services, within established service levels. These contacts may include customer questions, concerns, and issues related to BMW financing, retailers, sales and any other inquiry or complaint presented. You will employ call quality and customer satisfaction techniques to maximize the customer’s satisfaction with the interaction.

In this role, you will review inquiries, requests, and complaints (received via telephone, email, or written correspondence) about BMW retailers, sales, financial contracts, and any other inquiry or complaint presented, escalate areas of concern to the appropriate case manager or supervisory staff, and ensure the highest level of customer service through direct contact with drivers, potential drivers, BMW retailers and BMW headquarters to assure BMW is resolving all complaints and inquiries appropriately.

As a Canada Customer Advocate (Mandarin) your shifts will vary between the hours of 9AM - 9PM on Monday - Thursday and 9AM - 6PM on Friday. Some evenings through the week will be required. During the initial training period, you will be onsite with your colleagues and trainer.

Minimum Requirements: 
1 - 2 years Customer Service experience 
1-2 years Financial Services industry experience 
 
Preferences:
Bachelor's Degree 
Bi-Lingual in English/French or English/Mandarin
