Canada Sales and Marketing Team is seeking a passionate and ambitious leader to define and drive existing and the next generation of our Business Consumption team. Based in Canada, the Business Consumption Team consists of 9 senior people working closely with Inside Sales team, Canada Sales team focused on Enterprises and Governments. This is a commissioned sales position.
Responsible for evangelizing and winning the enterprise and client architecture decisions in focused enterprises and government accounts by offering unified, cohesive solutions based on Intel and its fellow travelers' products and services. Builds relationships with key account executives, understand customer business problems, and helps them solve their problems through the use of Intel-based solutions to the usage of Intel based products/services to build business capabilities and position Intel as the thought leader in solving challenging business problem.
As a manager, you will set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
As a leader, you will represent Intel in customer and industry events, as well as customer meetings and business review. You will be a champion on cross group collaboration, connecting with the other teams in Canada to create country wide results.
A successful candidate requires:
Proven track record in Enterprise and Government sales
Analytic acumen and the ability to turn research into strategy is a must-have.
The candidate must have strong and proven sales, communication, marketing and executive relationship management skills, as these are essential to the role.
It is also a requirement that the person has excellent presentation skills and experience in representing Intel in front of large audiences including new industries.
Strategic entrepreneurial skill, thinking out of the box and excellent integration skills across teams is required.
Experience in developing new businesses and business models within strategic accounts
Knowledge of the Canada Enterprises, Governments and Canada ICT Ecosystem is also a key requirement
A comprehensive understanding of the sales pipeline with all variables and interdependencies is a must have.
Strategic thinking, the capability to inspire internal and external stakeholders.
Be well-versed on the working model, benefits, and potential of Outside and Inside Sales both internally and across our industry
Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in:
Partner and/or Enterprise and Public Sector Customer sales experience as well as managing activities to drive customer alignment with corporate strategies.
Knowledge of Intel architecture, strategy and corporate direction are required.
Bachelor's degree in relevant technical or business field and 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
English is required.
