We at NIKE Canada are currently looking for an exceptionally talented Canada Lead Partner Representative to join our Wholesale team at our Downtown Toronto HQ, Ontario. This role will focus on our Wholesale Partner Foot Locker.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Lead Partner Rep that will be responsible for a portion of the Foot Locker business located in Canada. We’re looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of complex business issues and the ability to creatively solve problems.

A successful Lead Partner Rep will have a proven track record leveraging industry, consumer and account data, insights and analytics to make decisions and drive change.

The Candidate should have strong knowledge of product and business trends.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will effectively manage a portion of the Foot Locker business in Canada and provide account feedback to key stakeholders, including the Lead Partner Canada Foot Locker Director. You will use market knowledge on product trends, pricing and the competition to maximize product placement and sell through.

You will develop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans. Conduct seasonal business reviews with Foot Locker buyers, develop and execute distribution plans, monitor the marketplace and elevate assortment plans.

You will meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.

You will establish and maintain timely, consistent and positive external and internal relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer’s business.

You will be results driven and be accountable for the execution, management and timely coordination of the Foot Locker business. You will meet seasonal targets and all deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work and communicate with the Foot Locker buyers regularly when developing plans and forecasts. You will inform of them of business opportunities, problems, progress, and support needed.

You will also be working with other Foot Locker Lead Partner Reps to effectively manage your portfolio.

You will report to the Canada Lead Partner Foot Locker Director

You will establish and maintain strong communication with North American counterparts to ensure alignment with the Foot Inc business.

WHAT YOU BRING

You have at least 5 years of experience in strategic account management driving and executing the long-term strategy for the account

A proven track record of leveraging industry, consumer and account data, insights and analytics to make decisions and drive change

Knowledge of product and trends

You will demonstrate the ability to lead and influence cross functional peers in professional discussions and often complex decisions

Proven track record understanding complex business issues & find creative ways to solve problems

Min. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in the field of sales or economics or relevant topic

Ability to travel as required to sales meetings across Canada & USA

GEO/Territory/International travel as required (GTM, key accts, industry meetings)
