The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the AIA Capability & Training team where you will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of blended training solutions that build capability and support the change agenda of the business. The successful candidate will also onboard, induct, develop capability and speed to performance across Customer and Operations
To do this successfully you will:
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, stakeholders and partners to analyse, design, develop and deliver a range of training programs
- Create, edit and review training resources and digital learning assets
- Implement training and adhere to a training governance framework and processes
- Conduct gap analysis and deliver training and change plans to uplift and improve learner experience
Successful applications will demonstrate:
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training solutions in complex organisations
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in any field
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent (desirable)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders
