As a CS Infrastructure Data Management team member, you will drive capacity analysis to enable growth of new factories and conversions of current ones. You will work with cross-functional teams to influence data accuracy within our databases where we draw our utility models which are used by the factory to make vital decisions.
Other responsibilities include:
- Champion Capacity MRC review meetings to establish current and projected capacity forecasting to meet TD process development, production and transfer.
- Create, analyze and maintain utility models based on factory tool lists from LOR releases, CSA Change log and Active LOR.
- Interface with Project Engineers, Project Managers, System Owners, and Customers to close gaps based on the utility models.
- Create business processes for capacity analysis and utility modeling to enable standardization among the VF.
- Develop indicators to measure how well your business processes are performing.
- Generate scope of work and user acceptance tests for enhancements to FaSTr and Tableau.
This position will be focused on supporting the Intel Israel, Lachish site at Qiryat Gat. This is a hybrid role and will require working with site system owners for stakeholder alignment meetings, customer interface, and utility system review and understanding.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or other equivalent
- work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in facilities engineering with experience in large-scale manufacturing/ operations support.
- 3+ years of experience identifying, analyzing and solving immediate issues with technical equipment.
- 3+ years of experience in facilities systems (Mechanical, Process, Electrical, I and C, IT, etc.)
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills in a business setting.
- Ability to function effectively in a team environment and influence both technical and management personnel to resolve issues in a cost efficient way.
- Ability to work and adapt in a rapidly changing environment with minimal supervision.
- Possess a strong personal focus on safety for themselves and those around them.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Intel project engineering business processes.
- Familiarity with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Software) with the ability to develop the reports required to support
- the business processes.
- Experience with Excel and Excel VBA scripting
- Experience with Tableau and Power BI Software
- Experience working in a production environment and/or with other facilities process systems.
- Experience with project planning, coordination and integration.
- Experience with Statistical Process control.
- Demonstrated ability to professionally present to peers and leadership at site at cross-site meetings and actively participate in cross-site tasks as directed

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
