What will you do?

· Prepare financial projections for new and existing capital projects, while working independently and proactively

· Perform analysis linking operational activities with their financial impact, and suggest to management ideas on related, actionable improvements

· Prepare management reports on the results of the monthly and quarterly CAPEX status

· Initiate communication and coordinate with other departments to improve the quality of financial information

· Maintain accurate and consistent reporting formats and data

· Develop and maintain “Earned Value” tracking tables for CAPEX projects

· Develop and maintain CAPEX procurement tracker spreadsheets

· Maintain written procedures relevant to major and minor financial activities

· Reconcile monthly statements with vendors and internal costs centers

· Support and perform internal financial audits for CAPEX projects

· Perform other duties as assigned such as purchase requisitions, invoicing, etc.

How will you get here?

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting along with 5-10 years of relevant experience is preferred

Experience

· Demonstrated experience in Windows based software, especially spreadsheet or database programs

· Demonstrated experience with enterprise software systems (SAP R/3) preferred

· Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred

· Financial forecasting and cash flow analysis experience required

· Excellent attention to detail

· Strong organizational ability

· Effective interpersonal and corporate communication skills

· Ability to consistently meet deadlines

· Proven team and individual commitment to excellence

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

· Advanced experience in Windows based software, especially spreadsheet or database programs

· Advanced experience with enterprise software systems (SAP R/3) preferred

· Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred

· Demonstrated financial forecasting and cash flow analysis experience

· Ability to self-audit to mitigate mistakes

· Strong organizational ability

· Effective corporate communication skills
