Primary:
Have automation capability to provide solutions for existing Capital reports, be involved in Capital projects like Good receiving improvement project, Sub-asset problem solving.
Secondary:

• Manage tool inventory system by loading new forecasts, update any changes and ensure data integrity.
• Manage capital budget and procurement machine in system. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistic group to resolve problems causing machine delivery delay.
• Work with related stakeholders of logistic and finance team for machine inbound and outbound. Coordinate with partners from Site and other Intel factories to transfer machine for re-use purpose.
• Work with Construction team, Module team, and follow up with them for machine installation project. Update machine up to production on time for capacity analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and have Automation skills. Experience in Capital field is a plus.
• Have Lean mindset to simplify and improve business process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA Macro programming or any application that helps Automation purpose.
• Creative, innovative, detailed oriented, analytical and problem solving skill.
• Can organize, prioritize, plan, and manage time and stakeholders well.
• Ability to work in a fast changing environment and perform within a team: tolerance of ambiguity, setting expectation, driving accountability, demonstrate leadership and team oriented.
• Ability to deliver to tight deadlines. Can work under pressure.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
