Do you have experience with capital markets matters? Are you interested in corporate finance transactions? We're looking for someone to:
• advise our business on all matters regarding capital markets transactions, in particular Swiss bond issuances, IPO's, rights issues, public and private M&A, block trades, tender offers and private placements.
• monitor legal and regulatory developments of relevance for the corporate finance business in Switzerland (like FIDLEG, takeover law and SIX Swiss Exchange listing rules)
• act as point of entry for legal and regulatory matters, actively supporting business areas in implementing the regulatory framework
• work in a cross-functional deal team including corporate finance specialists, external counsels and foreign and Swiss clients
