Job Description

The Job

  • work as a team to offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience
  • complete opening/ closing sidework
  • present menus and explanations for all menu items
  • in charge of the section assigned
  • handle money transactions
  • perform other tasks or projects as assigned

 

The Person

  • 3 years Food & Beverage supervisory experience; French/Fine-dining will be advantageous
  • Willing to work on split shift
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Server
