Job Description

Working Schedule

  • Caprice French Restaurant - Split shift, from 9:00am to 12:00pm

The job

  • Describe the menu items to guests, offer suggestions, take guest orders
  • Using the point-of-sales system, coordinate food timings, items delivery to the guests in a timely manner
  • Properly and accurately close guest checks, process payments
  • Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets and food stations

The Person

  • Diploma in Hospitality specialization will be an advantage
  • 1 year experience in Restaurant or Bar in five-star hotel is preferred
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills
