Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the manager in all managerial tasks to maintain the effective operation of the dining room
- Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all team members engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
- Train and coach the team on guest services, principles, and practices
- Help the manager identify and delegate responsibilities to the team to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently upheld
- Nurture a positive work environment and lead by example
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants’ concepts, menus, and wine lists
- Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance
Requirement :
Experience: F&B operations: 3 years (Preferred)
