ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the manager in all managerial tasks to maintain the effective operation of the dining room
• Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all team members engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
• Train and coach the team on guest services, principles, and practices
• Help the manager identify and delegate responsibilities to the team to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently upheld
• Nurture a positive work environment and lead by example
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants’ concepts, menus, and wine lists
• Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance

Requirement :

Experience: F&B operations: 3 years (Preferred)
