Responsibility：
1. Responsible for process management of German European projects;
2. Establish a process team and collaborate with the project team to complete the development of German European projects;
3. Coordinate with external clients, plan process objectives, supervise and review project development quality;
4. Conduct benchmarking, research, and introduction of new processes, responsible for formulating and promoting process standards
5. Responsible for breaking through the challenges of the entire chair process and improving the stability of the process;

Requirement：
1. Proficient in English/German communication and communication skills;
2. Proficient in mastering high-end car companies (Mercedes Benz/German/Volkswagen, etc.) seats and foam
Develop product development processes such as headrests and armrests, and carry out process planning based on customer needs;
3. Proficient in planning and developing automation/intelligent equipment for seat assembly;
4. Possess the ability to conduct ergonomic evaluation/assembly simulation analysis;
5. Possess problem-solving skills and be proficient in using quality tools such as 5W and 8D.
