Job Description

Autodesk is seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused individual for the Travel Expense Card Program within the Procure to Pay organization. This dynamic role will manage aspects of the global T&E card program, and support additional departmental needs as required time allowing.

The Corporate Card Administrator is a main contact for Autodesk’s T &E cards and all card-related day to day operations and strategic initiatives. The Administrator will be responsible for programs such as Individual Corporate Cards for multiple countries and multiple banks and may also get involved in some P-Card activities. The Card Team Administrator role also includes assisting with Concur Expense, expense report auditing, Autodesk’s Expense Reimbursement Policy and any training related to expenses and procurement cards.

This position reports to Senior Manager of Card Programs.

Responsibilities
  • Strong communication and customer service skills when working with cardholders and their managers
  • Reconciling bank statement submissions to AP on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal customers as well as vendors
  • Opening individual card accounts
  • Terminating accounts
  • Managing fraud alerts/referral
  • Providing alerts to delinquent card holders and acts as a point of contact to escalate as necessary
  • Auditing T&E transactions
  • Responding to corporate card inquiries on Slack and other channels
  • Reporting for delinquent accounts
  • Discussing issues with US Bank and Citi Bank via calls
  • Ability to review existing processes and suggest efficiencies or enhancements while ensuring program remains compliant with company policies and provides consistent customer service. This may include assessing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions in the expense management arena, or other technologies as appropriate
  • Owner of the expense training course for card applicants, and a contributor to review and update company policies related to expense management and reimbursement
  • End of quarter support
  • Providing support to Concur Expense tool, assisting employees with expense reports
  • Expense report auditing for PTP and liaises with Internal Audit when appropriate
  • Auditing of Buyer cards
  • Shining under pressure while dealing with changing priorities and timeline

Minimum Qualifications
  • Highly developed business, customer service, and communications skills
  • Knowledge of SAP and Ariba
  • Experience administering aspects of a global T&E or procurement card programs
  • Knowledge of Concur Expense or other T&E platforms to give continued support to internal clients
  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with auditing and analyzing details
  • Attention to detail
  • Open to working flexible hours to support multiple GEOs
  • Education and Experience
  • Excellent English language and interpersonal skills
  • BA or equivalent experience
