We're looking for someone like that to help us:
– Facilitate personal status assessments with employees of all divisions, age groups and professional and cultural backgrounds
– Enable employees to reflect on their career path, skill set, current work-life situation and work-related developments to maintain their employability and performance
– Coach our internal clients 1:1 to tackle transition periods, overcome challenges, explore their career development potential and learn new skills
– Make sure clients get useful insights and take action according to their needs
– Professionally advise and guide employees in career new orientation phases
