RESPONSABILITIES:

• Consolidate and analyse booking volumes released on the coming 3 voyages on each service from POO offices in South-China daily.
• Consolidate and analyse loading forecasts of the coming 3 voyages on each service from POO offices in South-China twice a week at least.
• Update forecast in LARA CARGO timely.
• Liaise closely with head office regarding cargo flow including allocations allotted, booking evolutions, cargo selecting, loading reports etc.
• Follow HO’s instruction, checking if any VIP or special cargoes (reefer, DG, OOG) rolled, booking or B/L splitting issues and conducting cargo rolling then.
• Timely information exchanges with trade managers, customer service team, sales team, operation team.
• Monitor timely if any non-delivery of confirmed bookings, miss-connection of barge transshipments, failure of customs declarations etc.
• Calculate and finalize loading figure before vsl arrival. Maximise allocation utilizations.
• PCR (Port Call Report) key-in in LARA after every voyage departs.

REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFIC SKILLS:

• Bachelor Degree or above.
• Basic knowledge of shipping line, logistics.
• Be proficient in English both verbal and writing.
• Be good at using office applications, especially EXCEL.
• Easygoing and hardworking.
• Good manner of time controlling, can work under tight schedule.
