Responsibility of the Position: • Understanding the Australian mobile network operator business • Manage and engage the Optus and Vodafone accounts and other designated retail account associated with the carriers • Establish foster and promote the brands and products in carrier partner, Ensuring Lenovo/Motorola is front of mind and is the goto brand when it comes to ranging choices. • Have assigned Targets and goals for securing both MBG and PCSD products to be ranged in each operator, focusing on sell, in sell through and sell out activates • Understanding key levers at the accounts and knowing how to position Motorola/Lenovo for success • Drive and secure the preparation of all carrier RFI submission documentation including technical, marketing and commercials, using relative back end support teams and established processes • Ensure final RFI docs are submitted on time and follow up as is needed both the customer and back end support teams. • Generate with the carrier leveraging Required MBG or PCSD retail or marketing teams support the required Sell out and marketing promotions on the products. • Create Account plans with short mid and long - term aspirations • In conjunction with Finance org, advise carrier on MDF/co-op spends available Collate all supporting documents for payments to be made to the carrier partner. Key Performance Indicators : Securing device ranging in the carrier partner with a YoY growth Trajectory #### Position Requirements: Applicants should have : • Sales and account management Skills • Develops and adapts advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs; creates customer partnerships • Business Acumen for commercial and contract negotiations • Develops business solutions and directly addresses financial issues resulting in profitable revenue growth for Motorola/Lenovo ; able to coordinate and present complete, complex solutions that meet customer needs and beat the competition • Market / Customer Knowledge HSC or Equivalent Sales management training \- Desired:  MBA , Bachelors in Business management or marketing -5 Years min Sales Account Management Experience in the ANZ Telco Industry selling to carriers / distributer or retailer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
