Community Care, voted one of the Best Places to Work in Maine for the past 5 years, is seeking a highly responsible, caring, and motivated individual to provide safety assessment and support and case management to families in our Alternative Response Program (ARP). The Alternative Response Program provides case management to families referred by DHHS due to reports of low to moderate child abuse and neglect. The Case Manager conducts a thorough assessment of risk, facilitates Family Team Meetings to develop a family plan, and provides case management to assist the family in reaching goals Community Care provides high quality mental health services and supports to children and families throughout Maine and is accredited by COA the Council on Accreditation.
This position is being offered with a $1500 Sign On Bonus paid after successful completion of one year's employment.
There is the possibility of this position being home-based.

Education: Program Requirements for ARP CM applicants - This position requires a bachelor’s degree and professional experience working with children and families. LSW or LSW-c licensure is also required.
