Job Description
Position: CaseTrust Executive (Accreditation)
CaseTrust is the accreditation arm of CASE, and we accord recognition to businesses who wish to demonstrate their commitment to fair trading and transparent business practices to consumers.
To qualify for the CaseTrust status, interested businesses would have to undergo our rigorous assessment process, so as to substantiate they have fulfilled our accreditation criteria. If you are passionate about championing consumers’ interest while working hand-in-hand with businesses to promote a fair trading environment for win-win outcomes, this rewarding position is for you.
Responsibilities
You will be part of a dynamic team, and be responsible for the following:
- Handle multiple accreditation portfolios, involving the various industries we work with
- Work with businesses and guide them on their accreditation applications
- Co-ordinate the assessment procedure
- Investigate breaches of our schemes’ requirements and/or handle feedback regarding our schemes or accredited businesses
- Conduct researches and analyse the trends and emerging issues that impact our strategies and make recommendations on alternative course to our existing schemes
- Engage industry players, associations, government agencies and other relevant stakeholders to build and maintain strategic partnerships
Requirements
You should possess:
- A good university degree
- Good project planning and organisational abilities
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and generate meaningful reports using Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent presentation and writing (including paper writing and minutes taking) skills
- Ability to work well as a team and independently
- Ability to multi-task and take stress
- Comfortable and be able to produce work with meticulous details
- Experience in Accreditation/Auditing/Corporate Compliance/Legal work would be of advantage
