Job Description
Eaton’s Corporate is currently seeking a Cash Application Specialist to join our team. This position is based at our Queretaro Office. The Cash Application Specialist is responsible to cash application, invoicing, Outbound payment of complements, cash on account and intercompany out of balances Some activities related with the position will be: Apply customer and intercompany payments to their account records by entering data into the A/R systems and via manual journal entries. Call and email customers and divisions for more information when needed to apply their cash. Invoicing in ATEB for Mexican Legal Entities and Invoicing in Oracle for foreign Legal Entities Retrieve remittance detail via customer’s web sites and via Oracle AP for intercompanies payments. Use UCM system for upload details of intercompanies payments and for tracking Cash On Account. Issue Outbound payment of complements for the cash application performed in the Mexican sites. Ensure the totally fulfillment of the fiscal requirements. Sort and distribute end of month Monitor Intercompany Out of Balances. Provide an excellence customer experience for the GFSS customers. Assist with other support functions within the department as requirements dictate. #LI-SL4 Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration One to three years of experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment or experience within accounts receivable / credit & collection is a plus. Familiarity with accounting practices. Demonstrated proficiency with Oracle and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge for fiscal requirements in invoicing and payment of complements Demonstrated data entry speed and accuracy Desire oral and written English Position requires incumbent have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
