Group Controlling manages corporate-wide mid/long term planning based on corporate strategy, annual planning actual analysis and reporting to local management and HQ with exposure to senior management as well as to various offices/ departments. Cash Flow Management plays a crucial role within Group Controlling.

Your Roles and Tasks
- Records Cash Flow (CFBIT) actuals, consolidating all cash forecasts of every legal entity within Daimler Trucks Asia and reconciles figures to ensure plan accuracy by month for the entire year.
- Monitors and analyzes gaps between actuals and targets/forecast and provides detailed comments based on key driving factors to management.
- Prepares and maintains monthly Cash Flow report and attends Cash Flow Committee with various business stakeholders to brief them on CFBIT related KPIs such as CCC, DPO, DSO, DIO.
- Analyzes industry trends to improve forecast accuracy using historical data, trends and expert projections from the key offices and prepares countermeasures to improve the company’s cash position.
- Investigates important financial position on our balance sheet such as Net Assets & AP/AR and monitors and forecasts its development.
- Takes lead in monthly & annual operating planning for all relevant CFBIT position and aligns planning/forecasting results with management.
- Improves CFBIT steering models/methods and establish a lean process utilizing different IT technologies (e.g. Power BI).
- Supports FX exposure from in- & outflow from our industrial business and acts as a window person to our local treasury team.
- Provides critical input to our hedging team & calculates financial impacts from hedge results & communicates accordingly to local management.
- Communicates and collaborates with Daimler Trucks Global Headquarters.
