POSITION: Cashier

Reporting to Income Auditor Assistant Manager . On behalf of the hotel for the guest settle account, cash receipts accurately , efficient and flexible service consistent with Swissotel Foshan Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Must have a commitment to follow all Company procedures as they relate to the Receiving Department .

• Must be able to check the Order Menu that server made, according to the Order Menu enter all the items into Micros to make sure every bill settled quickly, correctly .

• In close coordination with the outlet staff to ensure receive all the payment in time .

• Deal effectively with guests and workplace colleagues from a variety of cultures;

We are looking for a candidate with right attitude, who is a team player and can work well under pressure. In addition, he/she should possess:

• Responsible for assisting the Banquet Service manager / Assistant Manager with the daily operations of all scheduled banquet events.

• Inspect all rooms prior to the function to ensure they are set according to the BEO and special guests’ requests.

• Responsible for maintaining inventory of all banquet supplies..

• Highly responsible & reliable
